Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Execify (the "Service"), operated by Michaël Ménard ("Execify," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or connecting a mailbox, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Execify is an orchestration engine that connects to communication channels you own (currently email accounts hosted by Google and Microsoft), classifies incoming and outgoing messages using rules you configure, and emits structured data to webhook endpoints you specify or performs actions on your behalf (e.g., drafting replies, organizing messages).

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Execify. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may only connect mailboxes or other accounts that you own or are authorized to administer on behalf of an organization.

3. Beta Service

Execify is currently offered as a private beta. The Service is provided free of charge during the beta and may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time without notice. We may introduce paid plans in the future; pricing and additional terms will be presented to you before any charge.

4. Connected Accounts and Authorizations

Connecting a Google or Microsoft account grants Execify the scopes listed on the consent screen for that provider — typically read/write access to mail and the ability to send mail on your behalf, in order to ingest messages, organize them, draft replies, and (when you explicitly enable it) send messages. You can revoke access at any time from your provider's security settings or from within Execify; revocation will stop further ingestion and outbound actions but does not by itself delete data previously stored.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the messages, attachments, workflows, and other content you submit or that Execify ingests on your behalf ("Your Content"). You grant Execify a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, classify, and display Your Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service for you. We do not sell Your Content, and we do not use it to train generalized AI models.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or content that violates anti-spam laws;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
  • distribute malware, conduct phishing, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to interfere with the Service beyond the access we explicitly provide;
  • process content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or that violates Google's, Microsoft's, or any third-party provider's terms.

7. Webhooks and Third-Party Endpoints

Execify can deliver classified messages and extracted data to webhook URLs you configure. You are solely responsible for those endpoints, the systems that receive the data, and any onward processing they perform. We sign webhook payloads so receivers can verify authenticity, but we do not control or audit what happens after delivery.

8. AI Processing

Execify uses third-party large-language-model providers (currently Anthropic) to classify messages and, when enabled, draft replies. Message content necessary for classification or drafting is sent to these providers under their enterprise API terms, which prohibit the provider from training models on the content and require deletion within a short retention window. 9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Execify and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our marks or to redistribute the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. You may request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that message classification, AI-generated drafts, or webhook delivery will be error-free or uninterrupted. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it for any consequential action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Execify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Execify harmless from any claim or liability arising from Your Content, your webhook endpoints, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. If we make a material change to the Terms, we will give reasonable notice (for example, by email or by posting a notice in the Service) before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Montréal, Québec have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these Terms, except where applicable consumer law grants you a different forum.
